A Better Mind, Body and Soul
As the new year has just begun, it is a great way to clear the mind. There is something about the way our attitudes change each year that make us more eager and excited to see what the new year will bring. For most, 2016 was not the best and are ready for a change. However, 2016 was the best year for others. There are always good and bad things that happen each year that remind of us who we are and what we want to become. There are things that make us frustrated and create new learning experiences. Each year we grow to be the best person we can and find ourselves becoming who we truly are.
For this coming year, many of us have positive resolutions. We need to keep a better mind, body and soul for our well being. This could be whatever you would like it to be. Whether its trying something new everyday, talking to that random stranger, studying harder, or fulfilling your dreams, you can make this year the “best” yet or continue with your comfortable ways. We must have this positive mindset to keep our mind better, body healthy and soul calm.
For this year I am trying to keep this my motto. I have found that keeping myself busy has only helped me to stay positive. I have realized that making yourself happy is the best thing you can do. The last of your teenage years are the best years of your life. You learn who you want to become, what you want to do, and completely change. Go for a walk and find a new place to adventure. Make this year the adventure you have always wanted to live and do not regret one single thing. Think boldly and open your mind.
Here comes 2017.
“Be confident. Too many days are wasted comparing ourselves to others, wishing to be something we aren’t. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. It is only when you accept everything you are, and aren’t, that you will truly succeed.” -Unknown.
